1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jet7a platform and all its services. By accessing jet7a's website, app, or any digital channel, or by opening an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use jet7a. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time.

jet7a reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account and use jet7a's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You have not previously been banned from jet7a for any reason.
• You may have only one active account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and cancellation of any bonuses or winnings earned.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jet7a may request identity verification documents when necessary to maintain a safe and responsible environment. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. jet7a will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Do not share your password with anyone and keep it safe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jet7a is ৳500. This limit applies equally to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Digital Financial Service
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Mobile Banking
• Upay — UCB Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Only deposit from a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and your account may be reviewed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed. jet7a reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud or manipulation is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more → Maximum Bonus ৳15,000 → Total ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period — expired bonuses will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not use the same bonus.
• jet7a reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus terms are violated, the entire bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jet7a. Each game or betting market may have its own rules, which will be stated in that game's description.

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, jet7a reserves the right to void that bet.
• In sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the relevant bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various international and local sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. Markets can vary — for example, match winner, run totals, toss result, and more.

6.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet7a platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or false information.
• Placing strategic bets to claim bonuses while avoiding genuine risk (bonus abuse / bonus arbitrage).
• Using hacking, malware, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or professionally placing bets for others.

jet7a reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to report it to the relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or intentional error.
• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.

• Responsible gambling concerns — such as a self-exclusion request.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may contact the support team at any time to close or temporarily deactivate your account. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.
